Nicaragua - Las Penitas part 2

Nicaragua has villas for people of all budgets.  If you are looking for a place you can go on vacation on a limited budget, or for a place you can go to stay in luxury, Nicaragua may be the place.

If you do not have enough money to spend $600 a night, you can still find a very nice villa for considerably less.  You can rent a villa for $225 a night and it will be very nice.  You will still get to enjoy the area, but you will be on a much tighter budget.  This is the perfect option for those who are watching what they are spending.  They can even share a villa with friends in order to get an even better savings.

In Pochomil, you can get a villa for only $225 a night that has a private beach front.  You will not be able to find a deal like that in very many places.  You can stay in luxury, enjoy your own beach, and still spend less than you would spend at many hotels.

If you choose to stay in Tola, it will cost you between $300 and $400 a night.  You will get to see gorgeous scenery and relax in your villa when you spend a few hundred dollars a night.

If you are looking to stay in luxury, you can head over to Las Penitas.  If you are willing to put $2500 to $3500 down, you can stay in a very nice villa that will have all of the luxuries you could ever want while on vacation.  You will have everything you could possibly want, and you will be in a beautiful location as well.  If you are looking for a high end vacation, this is the place you need to stay.

If you want something more affordable, you can find something for as little as $400 a week.  For that price, you can get a villa with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.  The price might be cheap, but villas for this price are actually incredibly nice.

San Juan del Sur is a little more expensive.  For $600 a night, you can stay in a secluded villa.  The villa will be off the beaten path, which means you will have the privacy you want.  You can really enjoy your vacation as you get to stay in peace and quiet.

While you will get your privacy, you can also go out and have fun. The villas are not so far removed that you will not be able to enjoy the area.  You will get the option of being by yourself in your villa or meeting up with others for a day of fun.

Granada is a very popular place for those vacationing to Nicaragua.  Those who go to Granada have a large range of villas they can rent.  Because there are so many options, one can find one in their price range.  They can go for luxury or affordability.  They can also try to get some of both.

On the high end, you can spend up to $800 a week on a villa in Granada.  For that price, you can get as many as three master suites in your villa.  As you can see, it is a luxury villa, although it is far from a luxury price.  For many people, this is affordable luxury.  There are villas in other countries that have the same size and features but costs thousands of dollars a month.
